Tidying: The Master Bath

One of my least favorite chores ever is cleaning house. I don't do it often, but since I let it go and go and go, it ends up taking me a very long time to clean my home whenever I get the motivation to do so. Today, I had some motivation. I went upstairs sometime before noon to start cleaning the master bedroom and bathroom. I started with the bathroom. Not long into my cleaning venture, my little sister called to ask if I wanted to come hang with her. Of course, I would much rather do that than clean, so I abandoned my cleaning to go have some time with Jade. But I promised myself I would resume when I returned home.

Upon returning home, I helped Cliff with cage cleaning for the gliders and then we had pizza and wings. After eating, we had to run to the pet store to get a few supplies for the gliders, and when I got home I needed to get my run in (although, my time for the run sucked). Finally, after my run, I was ready to get back to it. I did have some help from some friends.

I haven't really used the Kaboom products before, but I really like they way they work. And the toilet bowl cleaner was great. I hate those liquid toilet bowl cleaners, and this was a powder that foamed in the toilet water.

At any rate, the bathroom looks way better, and I feel so good that I got it all cleaned up. Here are some before and after pictures.

  1. NICE Transformation. Cleaning is a great way to burn a few extra calories too! I really want to try KABOOM! Especially the ones that change color when they are done cleaning :-) That's just fun stuff right there.
